Salary Calculator Privacy Policy

Salary Calculator helps you estimate gross income, net income, salary deductions, tax breakdowns, country-specific calculations, job offer comparisons, history, and optional Pro reports. We respect your privacy and collect only what is needed to operate the app, support purchases, improve reliability, and show ads to Free users.

Information stored on your device

Salary inputs, selected country, pay period, working hours, dependents where applicable, saved salary history, job offer comparisons, theme settings, and local preferences are stored on your device. We do not require an account and we do not upload your salary entries, job offers, or generated reports to our own server.

Third-party services

• RevenueCat: used to manage Pro subscriptions, lifetime purchases, entitlement status, purchase restoration, product metadata, and fraud prevention. RevenueCat may process app user identifiers, purchase status, product identifiers, device information, and store-related transaction data.
• App Store and Google Play purchases: used to process Pro subscriptions and lifetime purchases. Payment processing is handled by Apple or Google. We do not receive your full payment card details.
• Google Mobile Ads: used to show banner ads to Free users. Google may process advertising identifiers, device information, approximate location, app activity, and ad interaction data according to Google's policies and your device settings.
• Firebase Analytics: used to understand aggregate app usage and improve the app. Firebase may process app instance identifiers, device information, app events, and approximate usage information.
• Firebase Crashlytics: used to diagnose crashes and reliability issues. Crashlytics may process crash logs, device information, operating system version, app version, and technical diagnostics.

How information is used

Information is used to calculate salary estimates, save local app preferences, restore your local workflow, show or hide ads based on Pro status, process and restore purchases, generate reports on your device, prevent fraud, maintain app reliability, understand aggregate usage, and comply with app store requirements.

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Data may be processed by RevenueCat, Firebase, Google Mobile Ads, Apple, and Google Play only as needed to provide purchases, entitlement checks, advertising, analytics, crash reporting, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.

Your choices

You can edit salary inputs and job offers in the app, delete saved history where available, uninstall the app to remove local app data from your device, control ad personalization in your device or Google settings, restore purchases, or purchase Pro if you prefer an ad-free premium experience.

Children's privacy

Salary Calculator is a general-audience finance utility. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will help review the issue.
