Invoxa: Invoice & Estimate Privacy Policy
Invoxa helps you create invoices and estimates, save clients and items, calculate tax and discounts, export PDF documents, track payment status, and unlock Pro features. We respect your privacy and collect only what is needed to operate the app, support purchases, improve reliability, and show ads to Free users.
Information stored on your device
Your business profile (business name, contact details, address, tax identification number, default payment terms and currency), your uploaded business logo, client records, item and service records, invoices, estimates, line items, notes, payment status, generated PDF files, your monthly Free usage count, theme settings, and local preferences are stored on your device. Invoxa works offline. We do not require an account and we do not upload your business data, clients, documents, or PDFs to our own server.
Photos and files
If you choose to add a business logo, the app asks for permission to select an image from your device. The selected image is stored locally and used only to render your documents. When you save or share a PDF, the file is handled by your device's own file and sharing features, and you decide where it goes.
Third-party services
Invoxa does not use analytics or crash reporting services. Your invoices, estimates, clients, and items are never sent to these third parties.
How information is used
Information is used to create and render your invoices and estimates, calculate subtotals, discounts, tax and totals, save local app preferences, restore your local workflow, count Free invoices for the current calendar month, show or hide ads based on Pro status, grant a rewarded day pass, process and restore purchases, generate PDF files on your device, prevent fraud, and comply with app store requirements.
Data sharing
We do not sell your personal data. Data may be processed by RevenueCat, Google Mobile Ads, Apple, and Google Play only as needed to provide purchases, entitlement checks, advertising, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
Your choices
You can edit or archive clients, items, invoices, and estimates in the app, permanently delete drafts and unused records where allowed, remove or replace your business logo, uninstall the app to remove local app data from your device, control ad personalization in your device or Google settings, skip rewarded ads, restore purchases, or purchase Pro if you prefer an unlimited, ad-free experience.
Children's privacy
Invoxa is a general-audience business utility. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will help review the issue.
Client information you enter
Invoices and estimates may contain personal details about your own customers. That information stays on your device and is shared only when you choose to export or send a document. You are responsible for handling your customers' data in line with the laws that apply to your business.
Important note about totals and tax
Invoice and estimate calculations, including tax and discount amounts, are produced from the values you enter and are provided for convenience only. They are not tax, legal, accounting, or financial advice. You should verify rates, totals, and invoicing requirements with official sources or a qualified professional.
Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy when the app changes or when legal, platform, or service requirements change. The effective date above shows when this policy was last updated.
